By using MyPro ("the Bot"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the Bot. Continued use of the Bot constitutes your acceptance of the Terms in full.
MyPro is a Discord bot providing moderation, ticket management, and utility functions within Discord servers. These services are provided "as-is" without warranty of any kind.
You must be at least 13 years of age or the minimum age required by your jurisdiction to use Discord. Use of the Bot is prohibited where prohibited by law.
You agree not to misuse the Bot, including but not limited to:
Attempting to reverse engineer or exploit the source code
Circumventing access controls or authentication measures
Using the Bot for malicious purposes or to violate Discord’s Community Guidelines and Terms of Service
By inviting and using MyPro within a Discord server, you grant permission for the Bot to read, process, and store data necessary for functionality (e.g., user messages for moderation, ticket data, etc.). Details on data handling are outlined in our Privacy Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MyPro, its developers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Bot at any time, with or without notice, for behavior deemed abusive, malicious, or in violation of these Terms.
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Bot after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
